Every class at SOFLA offers two options: the Fitness option and the Performance option. The Fitness option is designed more for beginners, and the Performance option is designed for folks who are a bit more seasoned. You can choose, with the help of your coach, which option you should take during that particular class. This helps every member, no matter how much experience they have, get the best out of their hour-long workout.
